W. Thomas Angers, Publisher and President, is a Lafayette Louisiana
author, publisher and attorney. He first became interested in Cajun
Cuisine while working for his family's magazine, Acadiana Profile
Magazine, a widely-respected regional magazine which focuses on and
documents the people, culture and cuisine of south Louisiana's Cajun
Country. A life-long advocate for Louisiana tourism and economic development promotion, he has made a life-long study of Louisiana history and geneology with particular interest in the states colorful political past. Mr. Angers published his first book,
Cajun Cuisine, in 1985,
